The aggressive left-hander is one of the regulars of the Chennai Super Kings ever since the franchise came into existence. His sheer power to clear the ropes and ability to chase any targets made him one of the most reliable batsmen in the CSK line-up. The 33-year-old makes it 2nd on this list by amassing 5368 runs (just 44 runs behind the top spot Kohli) in the 193 matches he played. He scores his runs at a pacy 137.11 and an average of 33.34. Inching close to the 5000-run mark. The Mumbai Captains doesn't shy away from the toppers list too. He makes to the most of the lists when it comes to the top run scorers and is no exception here. The Right-handed opener has scored 4898 runs in the 188 matches he played in IPL at a strike-rate of 130.82. Rohit averages 31.60 in IPL with a century and 36 fifties to his name. The 33-year old has a high score of 109* against Kolkata Knight Riders.

The only foreign player to make it to this list, shows the dominance he has posed even on the sub-continent soil. He is known as the Pocket-dynamite for his immense hitting power. The Aussie has scored 4706 runs in the mere 126 matches he played in the IPL at an average of 43.17,. The 33-year old left hander scores his runs at a strike-rate of 142.39. Warner has 4 centuries and 44 fifties to his name and a high-score of 126 against Kolkata Knight Riders.

The flamboyant Indian left-hander makes it 5th on the list with 4579 runs he has to his name in the 159 matches he has played.
