But the innings still remains one of the best in IPL history solely because of circumstance in which it was played.

5.Murali Vijay (127 of 56 balls)

Chennai Super King’s dashing opener Murali Vijay was always meant to play a innings like this mainly because of his stroking ability and ability to play long innings.Though usually he takes times to get settled it was completely a different story in this match.
