PCB and BCCI are in the middle of a cold war. After the Indian cricket board advised their counter-part to postpone the PSL to next year to accommodate the 2020 Asia Cup, PCB has vehemently rejected the suggestion. As per speculations, the 2020 Asia Cup will go on as per schedule in Sri Lanka or UAE.

Indian cricket board had said that it might be a struggle to host Asia Cup this year as their is no window to accommodate the tournament, advising PCB to postpone the PSL. “Asia Cup will be a struggle this year. Going by the statement of the Chief Executive of the PCB, the window that suits them doesn’t suit India. Maybe they can postpone PSL next year if BCCI is able to open up a window during that period. Otherwise conducting the Asia Cup doesn’t seem too practical as these are challenging times,” the official was quoted as saying by the Times of India.

If they can’t do it, then UAE is also ready,” Wasim Khan said as quoted by India Today.
