Garg completed a brilliant 51 not out to help SRH post a competitive total. Thanks to his efforts, SRH managed to eke out a 7-run win. Garg’s show got him noticed and proved he is a player of the future.

When Tewatia came out to bat against Kings XI Punjab in a huge chase, he struggled initially to put bat to ball, and consumed a lot of deliveries, without scoring much. But in the death overs, he exploded, hitting Sheldon Cottrell for 5 sixes in an over as Rajasthan Royals made a record successful chase.

Tewatia also played a few useful cameos in the next few innings. His leg-spin bowling has been top class, and he is easily turning out to be all-rounder of the season, and the find of the tournament.
