All-rounder Washington is set to miss the match after splitting the webbing between his thumbs and the first finger in the game against GT. Jagadeesh Suchith or leg spinner Shreyas Gopal could be his replacement.

Rahul Tripathi is doubtful, too; after getting his hamstring pulled and having to retire from the innings, Kane Williamson updated on his injury that it is not a major concern, and he might make a comeback; if not, then Abdul Samad or Ravikumar Samarth will be put his place.
