1) Terms of use

  • 1.1) You expressly understand and agree that Cricwizz shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential damages which include but are not restricted to loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other losses.
  • 1.2) The content of the pages of this website is for your general information and exclusive use. It can be modified without prior notice
  • 1.3) Neither we nor third parties make any warranty or guarantee regarding the accuracy, currency, performance, completeness, or suitability of the information and materials found or offered on this website for a specific purpose.
  • 1.4) You acknowledge that this information and materials may contain inaccuracies or errors, and we expressly disclaim all liability for such inaccuracies or errors to the extent permitted by law.

2) Refunds and Cancellations

2.1) Cricwizz reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order. Cricwizz at its sole discretion may cancel any order(s):

  1. If it suspects that a transaction is fraudulent, or
  2. If it suspects a client has engaged in a transaction that is not in compliance with the Terms of Service or the Privacy Statement.
  3. For any reason beyond the control of Cricwizz, including service-related/technical challenges.
2.2) Refund/cancellation policies applicable in the following conditions:
  • 2.2.1) If there is an option for online data download, the cancellation will be not possible.
  • 2.2.2) In the event of a failed transaction or a double account realization for the same order, the total amount debited will be returned to the original mode of the payment tool used.
  • 2.2.3) You also understand and accept that Cricwizz solely supports payment processing through a third-party payment channel. This facility is operated by a third-party payment gateway provider, and you must comply with all of the third-party payment gateway provider's terms and conditions.
  • 2.2.4) In the event of a canceled order/failed transaction, the buyer's bank/card transaction fees, if any, are likely to be forfeited.
  • 2.2.5) Cricwizz makes no assurances about the accuracy or timeliness of reimbursements to the buyer's card or account.
  • 2.2.6) In the event of partial cancellations, the amount refunded will be proportional to the percentage of the total cancellation
  • 2.2.7) During the duration of your Subscription, you will not be able to modify your Payment Method(s). You will be responsible and liable for any uncollected amounts if your chosen Payment Method is no longer available or expires or due to any other reasons within control, or if Your Payment Method fails for any reason, and Cricwizz has the right to discontinue the Subscription(s) given to You with/without notice of intent.
  • 2.2.8) If the Subscription Fee for a certain membership plan that you have already chosen changes, Cricwizz will notify you in advance of the changes.
  • 2.2.9) The Subscription Fees and Add-on Fees listed for each Subscription Plan or Add-on(s), as applicable, include all applicable taxes. The Subscription Fees and/or Add-on Fees are non-refundable, regardless of whether You have used the Subscription or Add-on
  • 2.2.10) Any request for a change or cancellation of any Subscription plan and/or Add-on(s) made prior to the expiration of the current Subscription plan period will not result in a refund of any portion of the Subscription Fee paid by You for the unexpired period unless you are upgrading to a higher Subscription Plan and/or Add-on(s), as the case may be.

3) Privacy policy

  • 3.1) This Privacy Policy explains how Cricwizz handles the information and data you supply to us so that we can manage your relationship with us. We will process any personal information about you that you supply to us or that we hold in any other way in accordance with this Privacy Policy. Information may be given through the Cricwizz website (the "Website"), phone calls, or other methods. By accepting the privacy policy, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and consent to the processing of your personal information as described in this policy. Please do not use the Website or give us your personal information if you do not agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy.

  • 3.2) Protecting Your Private Information
    Your Personal Data is safeguarded not just by Cricwizz’s excellence, devotion, and high standards, but also by law. According to the law, we can only process your Personal Data if we have a legitimate cause to do so, which must be one of the following:

    We will store your information for as long as you are a Cricwizz customer.
    If you are no longer a Cricwizz customer, we will keep your data for the shortest time necessary to comply with the purposes set out in this policy and any applicable legal or regulatory responsibilities. If we are unable to remove your Personal Data for technical reasons, it may be retained for a longer period of time.

4) Customer complaints and support

We shall make every effort to fix any issues You may have with Our service. Unfortunately, the regular Customer Support approach does not always allow for this. You can file a formal complaint if You are dissatisfied with some part of Our service. Customer complaints/claims of any kind must be filed within six months of the occurrence of the problem.

  2. Your surname and first name as they appear on your birth certificate
  3. A full description of the grievance/claim
  4. Specific dates and times relating to the complaint or claim (if applicable)

    Upon receipt, every effort will be taken to remedy any reported matter as soon as possible, but no later than 10 days from the date of receipt. We may need to extend this to a further 10 days in exceptional circumstances and for good reason, in which case we will notify you. If You are not satisfied with the resolution of Your complaint, You may submit the case to one of Our alternative dispute resolution entities.
    We value customer satisfaction so much that we have an independent team that will look into any concerns you believe have not been resolved to your satisfaction.
