Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB), one of the under-achievers in the IPL, have opted to change their logo ahead of the new IPL season in 2020. Earlier in the week, the franchise caused havoc among all its fans by removing its logo and cover Image on various social media platforms including Twitter and Instagram.
Even the RCB Players were curious about what happened to their franchises’ social media accounts. However, the ‘Bold Army’ re-instated normalcy when they came up with a new logo for IPL 2020.
The change ahead of the upcoming edition might inspire RCB to better their performances from the past few seasons. However, the fans would hope that the change in their logo might bring about changes in their fortunes in the upcoming season.
Even skipper Virat Kohli expressed his joy upon seeing the new RCB logo. The skipper was thrilled to get a look of the brand new logo. He opined it as a symbol of bold pride and spirit, which might be the way ahead for the RCB boys.
He captioned his tweet, saying, “LOGO ka kaam hai kehna. Thrilled to see our new rcbtweets logo. It embodies the Bold pride and challenger spirit that our players bring to the field. Can’t wait for #IPL2020 #NewDecadeNewRCB.
Here’s what Kohli tweeted:
It is much evident that Kohli is very much looking forward for the 13th edition of the Indian Premier League. The Indian skipper would hope that his franchise can provide the fans with the joy of winning the IPL trophy this year.
The Bangalore-based franchise has reached the finals in three seasons of the IPL, but have failed to cross the line on every occasion. With some young talents and a settled core of players, RCB might fancy their chances to go all the way this time around.
