There have been many fantasy league games being played around IPL. And fans would be struggling to chose their Fantasy XI for each points and earn maximum points to emerge winners.
Well, not to worry, we have brought the fantasy XI for RCB vs KXIP matches.
Well, before that, let us brief you about Fantasy Cricket and their rules.
What is Fantasy Cricket?
Fantasy Cricket is an online multiplayer game where users have to make their virtual team of 11 players including both the sides. For example, if Mumbai Indians and Chennai Super Kings are playing tonight, so the 11 players would be selected combined from both the sides. Here are some of the points that we generally keep in mind while selecting our XI:
- A user cannot pick more than 7 players from one team
- In general terms, a player you chose to be your captain receives 2 times the points
- And a player you chose your vice-captain receives 1.5 times the points
- You can select only 1 wicket-keeper, 3-5 batsmen, 1-3 all-rounders, 3-5 bowlers
- In most of the cases, you can use only 100 credits (credits will always be mentioned in front of the players)
- Also, when choosing your XI, it has to be only four overseas players in the playing XI.
Virat Kohli and AB de Villiers are automatic choice as they relish playing at M Chinnaswamy Stadium where they have scored together a lot of runs. They scored useful cameos of 31 and 44 in the last clash against KKR and looked set for a 200-plus score, but fell short. They would look to make amends against KXIP.
Explanation: We are going for four bowlers in Umesh Yadav, YS Chahal of RCB, Andrew Tye and Mujeeb ur Rahman of KXIP.
Umesh Yadav had a good outing in the last clash against Kolkata Knight Riders. He took 2/27 and brought RCB back into the game. It was Yadav’s performance that gave RCB hopes. Umesh got good bounce and swing during his spell. Andrew Tye is yet to explode, going for 38 runs for no wicket, but we bet big on the Australian to come good against RCB and earn the fantasy league players few vital points.
We have chosen two spinners in Chahal and Mujeeb because Chahal knows the conditions well in Chinnaswamy and has a good record at the ground. Mujeeb is the unknown factor in this match. He did well to take 2 for 28 in last match. Fantasy League users can bet on him again.
Two all-rounders: Pawan Negi, Marcus Stoinis
Negi might get a game ahead of Washington Sundar as the latter leaked runs in the last clash against KKR. Negi has a good control over the ball and can bat too. Marcus Stoinis will be extremely crucial in this line-up. He can get those big hits going in the end overs and can take crucial wickets too. He slammed 15-ball 22 in last clash against Delhi and the flat deck of Chinnaswamy would be just suiting his liking to go hard at RCB bowlers.
Wicketkeeper: Parthiv Patel
Patel will get the nod ahead of Quinton de Kock as Patel knows the conditions better than the South African. Patel can score quick runs as opener and put the team in a position of strength. We are banking big on Patel to come good.
Cricwizz’s Fantasy XI: KL Rahul, Mayank Agarwal, Virat Kohli (Captain), AB de Villiers, Parthiv Patel, Marcus Stoinis, Pawan Negi, YS Chahal, Mujeeb ur Rahman, Andrew Tye, Umesh Yadav.
