His Indian team mates like MS Dhoni, Yuvraj Singh, Virat Kohli has already made a visit to this restaurant. This three star restaurant is a must visit if you come to Rajkot.
Zaheer Khan’s Dine Fine: Located close to Pune’s Phoenix Market city is Zaheer Khan’s restaurant named Zaheer’s Dine Fine. Zaheer Khan’s restaurant has been going strong and what is eye catching is its hospitality. “Just like in cricket, in hospitality too, you need a good team. You have different roles within the team, but it all needs to fire off together. It’s much like a sports team — respecting each other’s space and understanding your role,” the pacer told Economic Times in an interview.
Shakib’s: Owned by Shakib al Hasan, Shakib’s Sport Lounge is in Dhaka and maintains the essence of cricket in it. The walls have pictures from different grounds around the world. It was renamed to Shakib’s later on and has become a popular destination for cricket lovers.
The Ministry of Crab: The restaurant with this unconventional name is owned by the two legendary Sri Lankan cricketers Kumar Sangakarra and Mahela Jayawardene whose friendship has moved beyond cricket and ventured in a restaurant business. For the record, the restaurant has featured in Lonely Planet and The World’s 50 Best Restaurants.
Triple Century 333 Sports Bar and Restaurant: The number 333 is enough to know the owner of this fabulous restaurant located in Jamaica. Chris Gayle’s restaurant is making the rounds on social media about its typical luxurious appeal. Launched in October 2013, It has Usain Bolt and Courtney Walsh as its ambassadors but Chris Gayle’s name is enough to attract the visitors.
Beefy’s: Typically English by its name, this restaurant is owned by legendary England cricketer Sir Ian Botham. It is located near the Ageas Bowl in Southampton. The focus here is on steak and seafood and the restaurant has managed to get excellent reviews after being launched last year.
There were many other cricketers including Indian legends Sachin Tendulkar and Sourav Ganguly who ventured in the same business, but called it off due to their lack of time and proper management.
