With just a day left for IPL 2021 to kickoff, the excitement among fans is evident. It would be the 14th edition of IPL, which will be held behind closed doors. With just a day to go, Cricwizz takes a look at IPL unique stats on Number 1.

1 time a KKR player has posted a century in IPL. It came in the opening match of the inaugural IPL in 2008 when Brendon McCullum slammed 73-ball 158 not out against RCB. 13 years later, KKR are still awaiting for their next centurion.

1 time a team has scored a total of above 250 in IPL. RCB made 263/5 against Pune Warriors in 2013 IPL.

Only 1 player has made scores of 50 and over 50 times in IPL in 13 seasons. It is David Warner who has 52 scores of fifty and over in IPL. It includes 4 tons and 48 fifties. The next best is Virat Kohli with 44 scores of fifty and over.

Only 1 match Suresh Raina missed for CSK since 2008 until he pulled out of the 2020 season due to personal reasons. He played 165 IPL matches for CSK, including 158 straight matches before missing a match against Kings XI Punjab in 2018 due to an injury.

1-run win in the final has been posted twice in IPL history. And both the times it was Mumbai that enforced the win. They first did it against RPS in 2017 IPL final, and again in 2019 IPL final against CSK.
