Three days of exciting T10 action, from scores of 130 being chased down in 10 overs to the team scoring 162 runs in 10 overs, the T10 league has been entertaining the spectators to every bit. With the group stages played out, we now have the super league.

The third match of Day 1 of the Super League is set to take place between Delhi Bulls and Deccan Gladiators. The teams will now play the B group teams and the top four teams out of the eight will the play-offs. The teams will fight out in order to finish in the top two as it gives them an extra bite at the cherry.

Delhi Bulls finished in the group stage after managing to win two games out of the three. While their opponents Deccan Gladiators finished third after winning just one game. The Bulls' side have been in great touch in the first two matches and they would be hoping they continue the run.

Deccan Gladaitor’s sole win came against the struggling Team Abu Dhabi. But with players of the caliber of Kieron Pollard, Sunil Narine, and Mohammad Shazad, it is just a matter of time the team starts to dominate the opponents.

Can Delhi Bulls begin their Super League with a win? Or will Kieron Pollard and Co. come out all guns blazing?

Weather Report

The conditions as always in the Middle-eastern country is well in favor of the sport. It is expected to be clear and humid in the middle. The temperature is expected to be hovering in the 21-18 degree Celsius and the humidity at the peak is likely to touch the 62 percent mark.

An absolute belter. Yes, an ideal batting combined with the short boundaries is not helping the bowlers cause. The pitch has been on the flat side and also the groundsmen have been doing a wonderful job to keep the strips fresh despite three games being played every day.

The score of 120-130 seems chasable at this venue and for that reason, the teams batting first should be looking to score around the 135-140 mark to fancy their chances of winning.

Team News

Delhi Bulls possess one of the strongest line-ups in this tournament and they would be glad about the way Ravi Bopara has been batting. Evin Lewis and young Afghani Rahmanullah Gurbaz have been giving the Bulls a solid start to their innings. Dwayne Bravo has not contributed with the bat but he has been bowling well and the captaincy has been top-notch. They are likely to feature the same Xl that took the field against Northern Warriors.

Deccan Gladiators have a few of the biggest names in the sports- Kieron Pollard, Sunil Narine, and Mohammad Shahzad. In addition to that, they do have Sri Lankan stars- Wanindu Hasaranga and Bhanuka Rajapaksa, both of who have been in exceptional touch in the recently concluded Lanka Premier League.

Both the Sri Lankans are undergoing mandatory quarantine and are expected to make it to the team in the upcoming matches.
