The 13th edition of the Indian Premier League is going to take place in UAE from September 19. The cash-rich league has moved to UAE from India, keeping the increasing number of COVID-19 cases in mind. Recently, Royal Challengers Bangalore Captain Virat Kohli has said in a virtual welcome team meeting that one mistake from any of the players could spoil the entire league as well.

In a video shared by the franchise's official twitter handle, Virat Kohli can be seen saying to his teammates about the importance of the bio-secure bubble that has made to prevent the spread of global pandemic COVID-19.

He said, "We've done quite well to get to Dubai safe and sound firstly. We've followed what's been told to us and I would expect everyone to be on the same page in terms of securing the bubble at all times and making sure that nothing is compromised because one mistake from any of us could literally spoil the whole tournament and none of us want to do that.”

He continued, "I can't wait to get to our first practice session. Something that we all are going to cherish, an opportunity to create a good team culture from Day 1. For me, it's all about what can I do to create an environment where everyone feels part of the team equally and everyone feels responsible for where we want to go equally. Everyone has to contribute towards that, firstly the seniors in the team. Let's start things on the right note."

Along with this, Virat Kohli further said about the consequences if in case a player breaches the bio-secure bubble. He shared that they have to understand all the guidelines that have made to protect them and they should continue to protect this bubble as well so that the tournament could be hosted in a proper way.
