It was announced on the evening of 18th August that the Indian Star Opener and Mumbai Indians Captain Rohit Sharma was roped into Team Oakley to be part of the list of already existing elite global athletes.As per the partnership, the Right-Hander will be sporting their eye-wear on and off the pitch.
Rohit Sharma joins the likes of Current Indian Captain Virat Kohli, Yuvraj Singh and Milind Soman Who have partnered with Oakley.
The brand has a very good establishment in Europe and other Western Parts and is gradually growing its market in India emphasizing on the importance of proper eye-wear usage and have been recently eyeing the athletes on how eye wear could improve their performance on the field.
