India went no note wrong as they once again managed to get the better of the West Indies side and this time in the shortest format. The moment West Indies finished their first innings with a score below 160, it was always India in the driver's seat.
Indian skipper Rohit Sharma set a perfect example on how to go about in the powerplay overs, scoring a fluent 40 off just 19 balls. There was a slight scare when India lost wickets of Ishan Kishan and Virat Kohli in quick succession but India's newfound finisher Suryakumar Yadav along with Venkatesh Iyer put all the doubts to rest by finishing the match with more than an over to spare.

West Indies are one loss away facing yet another series defeat and they surely would not want to go down without a fight. Can the visitors bounce back to level the series? Or will Rohit Sharma continue his impressive run as the skipper?

Team News
Team India were rock solid with their combination and they do possess a great balance on the side with the likes of Venkatesh Iyer and Deepak Chahar on their side. No changes are expected from the Indian side unless a forced one.
West Indies, on the other hand, will be hoping their star all-rounder Jason Holder is fit to play for this important encounter. He is likely to replace Romario Shepherd and the rest of the team is expected to be unchanged.
Probable Playing Xl
India (Ind): Ishan Kishan, Rohit Sharma (c), Virat Kohli, Suryakumar Yadav, Rishabh Pant (wk), Venkatesh Iyer, Deepak Chahar, Bhuvneshwar Kumar, Harshal Patel, Ravi Bishnoi, Yuzvendra Chahal
West Indies (WI): Brandon King, Kyle Mayers, Nicholas Pooran (wk), Rovman Powell, Kieron Pollard (c), Roston Chase, Romario Shepherd/ Jason Holder, Akeal Hosein, Odean Smith, Fabian Allen, Sheldon Cottrell
Must- picks
Indian skipper and opener Rohit Sharma has been oozing with form and it is a no-brainer to have him in the fantasy set-up. West Indies wicket-keeper batsman, Nicholas Pooran too seems to have got into the groove and is likely to fire once again.
Windies opener Kyle Mayers and Rohit Sharma's opening partner Ishan Kishan are our two other Must-Picks for the 2nd T20I between India and West Indies.

Prediction
We definitely see West Indies coming out with a plan as it stands to be a do-or-die situation for the visitors. With big hitters on their side, it would not be a surprise if they post a huge total if batting first. The Indian side is tough to penetrate but if the West Indies manage to pick the top three cheaply then they can have the upper hand.
We feel the Windies batsmen will once again fall prey to the spin bowlers of India. A close match-up on the cards but definitely hosts to tick the boxes.
Cricwizz predicts India to win the 2nd T20I against West Indies and lead the series, 2-0.
