The youngest of the squad, Washington Sundar from what we saw in the recently concluded Indian Premier League is someone to watch out for. He has played for Team India on a few occasions but this time though things will be different as he will be playing against one of the strongest cricket nations ever. The 21- year old all- rounder is someone who loves to be challenged and he will be looking forward to using all his experience and knowledge gained throughout.

The spinner was part of the RCB squad in which the opposition captain Aaron Finch was also a part. Can he use the experience of bowling to the Australian in the nets to his favor?

Sundar has played 22 T20I for Team India and managed to pick up 19 wickets at an economy of 6.93.

The Wicket- keeper batsman has been making the headlines ever since his debut in the IPL and has also managed to make into the Indian side on occasions. But his inconsistency added to the already well settled wicket- keepers in the side has made him stay out of the contention. But this time around for his brilliant batting performance he was called up to don the blue once again.

With KL Rahul in the side, it could be hard for the youngster to make it to the playing Xl as the Keeper. Said that his sheer ability to clear the boundaries could make a contender for the finisher slot along with Hardik Pandya.

Samson has represented Team India in 4 T20I and managed to score only 35 runs at a strike- rate of 97. Will this series be a turning point for the hard- hitter?

3) T. Natarajan

If you watched the IPL, you know him. Yes, the Yorker machine- T. Natarajan. It is quite surprising that the pacer has played for the highest level yet as he was seen bowling some exceptional deliveries in the IPL which even the best batsmen in the sport failed to play. His wickets in the IPL season include MS Dhoni, Ab de Villiers, Virat Kohli and many more. He is definitely an exciting find for Team India and he will be thriving to bowl against the Aussies.

There could not have been a better occasion for the Tamilnadu pacer to make a debut than against the Australians and it would be exciting to see how the Aussies approach his toe crushing Yorkers.

Natarajan is a regular face in the Sunrisers Hyderabad line-up. He has played 22 matches in the IPL and picked up 18 wickets at an economy of 8.20.

He needs no introduction, The skipper of the Delhi Capitals who created record by becoming the youngest captain to lead the side to an IPL final. The 25- year old Right- hander is definitely a future prospect of the ‘Men in Blue’ and it would not be long before we see him cement his place in the playing Xl despite the heavy competition. His incredible stroke- play and ability to pace his innings according to the situation will come very much handy in the Australian conditions. Do keep an eye on him as he is sure to create an impact.

Shreyas Iyer has played 21 T20I for Team India and scored 417 runs at a strike- rate of 129.5. He also has an excellent average of 50 in ODIs and a strike- rate of 100.

The 28- year old also holds a handy record at the International level as he has picked up 17 wickets from the 10 T20I he has played for the Indian side. His economy of 7 is also something to be appreciated in the shortest format.

Given his strength is swing bowling, he would be excited to use the conditions in Australia in his favor.
